How to Order: 

Orders can be placed 24/7 in our on-line store and secure payment is required to complete your order. We are sorry, but we cannot accept orders via phone.

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
All retail orders are non-refundable. Please review our Shipping & Returns policy page for more information. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.  

 

Local Pick Up: 

We offer local pickup on all orders and curbside pickup for those wishing not to enter the store.

To place an order for pickup at our Warwick shop, simply select “Pick Up” as your Delivery Method during checkout. Your order will be ready in 1-3 business days and you will receive an email when it is available to be picked up. Instructions for curbside pickup will be included in your email as well.

Shop Hours:

Our Warwick location is currently open 7 days a week, 10am-5pm, and on Saturday until 6pm. If there is inclement weather we post shop closings or late openings on our social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram @merrilyshop.co

Product availability:

We design and handcraft many of the products you find in our shop, and inventory can vary from time to time. If an item is out of stock we are surely working in the studio to make it available again. We appreciate your understanding of the nature of our small batch, handmade processes.

Gift Certificates:

Merrily Paper Boutique Gift Certificates purchased in our shop are not able to be redeemed in our online store. We accept your gift certificates in store only. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

Custom Wedding invitations:

 

We made the very difficult decision to discontinue our custom wedding invitation service in 2020.

We have truly loved being a part of so many wonderful celebrations over the years and we are happy to refer couples to a wonderful designer that we know, respect, and trust with your event stationery.

Custom and personal stationery:

We are sorry, but we are no longer able to accommodate custom design requests for any of our product lines.

Handling COVID-19:

At Merrily, we take all safety requirements and precautions very seriously and we continuously reassess our protocols to ensure a safe environment for both our customers and our staff. We follow CDC, Health Department and NYS Safety Guidelines, perform frequent disinfecting of high-traffic and high-touch areas, regular hand washing by staff, reduced touch points between guests and staff, and have implemented a touch-less payment system for applicable payment methods. We also continue to offer curbside pickup for our guests who prefer not to enter the shop.
