Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and are mailed twice per week on Mondays and Thursdays. You will be notified and receive tracking information when your package is shipped.
Paid orders are generally shipped promptly within 3-5 business days. If for any reason your order may be delayed, we will contact you.
Shipping costs are based on weight, calculated at the time the order is placed and are included in your total at checkout.
We currently ship to the USA only.
PLEASE NOTE: Unprecedented delays by shipping carriers continue to be experienced, causing longer delivery wait times. We appreciate your patience and understanding and encourage you to place gift orders well in advance to allow for extended carrier shipping schedules.
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations not made within the first 24 hours will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Of course we hope you are more than thrilled with your purchase from Merrily. But in the event that you’re not, we have the following policy regarding returns and exchanges.
You may return new, unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of purchase for a full refund in the form of store credit. Return shipping charges of merchandise is the senders responsibility. Returns and exchanges must be made and postmarked within one week of receiving your order.
Once merchandise is received, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit to be used on a future purchase.
